During your stay you will experience the warmth of traditional Irish hospitality, the visually unique west Clare landscape and the soundtrack of the traditional (and not so traditional) Irish music scene, the best of which has all been carefully distilled into Fiddle + Bow Collection.

Although Doolin is a popular destination it has managed to maintain a unique sense of old-world charm and the people of Doolin are always welcoming to visitors. In this area some of the world’s most unique terrain and places of interest are but minutes away. Activities for all the family are located close by and of course Doolin’s world famous traditional music scene is as strong as ever.

How to make a perfect coffee
Geometry Coffee is a family run speciality coffee roastery based in Tuam Co Galway. Geometry strive to source the best sustainable grown green coffee from the best producing origins all over the world.
To unlock the best flavours please follow these instructions:
- Boil water, add 2 scoops of coffee to the cafetiere, add the boiling water to just below the spout and cover with the lid.
- Allow 60 seconds for the coffee to brew, then plunge.
Fresh milk for the perfect coffee/tea
If you would like some fresh milk for your tea or coffee, please visit us at reception or whatsapp us and we will be happy to bring some to your room.

How to use the AC + Heating
Your room is heated/cooled by our air-conditioning system. We strive to conserve energy where we can, so we kindly ask that when you leave the room that you switch the A/C unit off. When turned on, it can take up to 15/20mins to heat/cool your room. Follow the instructions below
Press the blue button to turn On/Off the unit.
- Press the setting button to select an option.
- Select
for Heat. Set to 23° Celsius by pressing the arrow button up/down. - Select
for Cool Air. Set to 20° Celsius by pressing the arrow button up/down. - Select the fan

How to use the Chromecast
A Chromecast is a streaming media adapter from Google that allows you to play online content such as videos and music on your TV. Follow the instructions below :
- First connect to the Wi-Fi in your room (you will need to be on the same wifi network as the chromecast in your room).
- Turn on the TV, using the tv remote, press source and select HDMI1
- Open YouTube or Netflix on your phone, click
choose your bedoom tv and start streaming. - To revert back to TV, click source and choose TV.
How to access the Hotel
Keys
Standard key - This is the key to use to access your bedroom. Each hotel room key is unique.
White Card - Please insert this in to the electricity slot on the wall in your room.
Black Fob - Please use this to gain access to the hotel between 11pm and 7am.
Check In + Check Out
Our check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12 noon. Please let the reception team know if you have availed of items from the treat basket on check out.
Express checkout is possible by placing keys in the wooden box at reception desk, provided you have not availed of treat basket items.
Ice + Water Station
There is complimentary filtered still water provided in your room. If you would like complimentary sparkling water, please contact reception.
On the ground floor next to the entrance door, we have an ice station where you are more than welcome to help yourself to ice.
SleepZone
Located on the first floor lobby, we have our Fiddle + Bow SleepZone. We asked our wonderful team what helps them sleep and have some helpful items here for you to use, from our Fiddle + Bow Sleep Spray, to books and much more.
Treat Basket
Our Fiddle + Bow treat baskets are stocked with premium Irish products for you to indulge on, after all you are on holidays. Please read the leaflet provided in the basket for more details.

Looking for an ideal gift and want to treat yourself, why not visit our retail area at Fiddle + Bow reception. Here we champion local producers from Ekotree Knitwear, Clare Jam, Airmid, Voya and more. Or purchase a voucher and give the gift of endless possibilities. Our reception team are on hand to help you with your purchase.
Forgotten the essentials
We have a wide range of items for you to purchase such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, socks, shaving products, nail products and much more. We also have some useful items for you to borrow during your stay. These include HiVis vests, torches and umbrellas. We have a small fridge at reception where we can store any essential items such as medicines. Ask a member of the reception team.
Green Hospitality
We are committed to the idea of delivering on comfort, considered spaces, friendly service and helping you make memories in a way that is sustainable for our planet. We kindly ask that you help us with this.
Bins
Bedroom bin - please use this for paper and recyclables.
Bathroom bin - please use this for all general waste and coffee granules.
Towels on the shelf or rail will mean that you are happy to use them again.
Towels in the bath will be replenished.
Bathrobes are available on request, just ask our wonderful team.
Pease use the wooden sign to let our team know if you would like your room serviced or if you wish to not be disturbed.

Fire, Health and Safety
Our fire assembly point is located in the car park next to the electric car charger.
For your safety while showering, we kindly ask that you use the rubber mat provided on the base of the bath.
